He fundamentally reshaped the industry by introducing Vannamei shrimp to Asia, which increased regional production more than threefold. His legacy includes advising governments and major corporations, and spearheading the world’s largest social integrated shrimp farm, a project providing livelihoods to approximately one million people.

Peter Fleming is a highly respected professional with three decades of experience in the Accounting and Financial sectors across Asia and the Middle East. His extensive career includes key leadership roles with multinational corporations such as Schlumberger, General Motors, and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. He has served as the past CFO and CEO of the Lim Shrimp Organization and currently holds the position of Director, alongside his role as CFO for Deskara, a leading business solutions software company.
